Stiftelsen Ultima Oslo Contemporary Music Festival (Ultima), in the person of its chief executive, is responsible for the organisation’s handling of personal data.

Ultima’s website uses cookies to store events added to favourites.
Ultima uses Google Analytics to measure web traffic. This information is anonymous and cannot be traced to individual users.

Ticket Sales

Ticket sales via www.ultima.no are redirected to Ticketmaster, Ultima’s ticketing agency. Payment details are not stored by Ultima.

Newsletter

Ultima’s newsletter provides information to members of the public who have signed up to receive information about Ultima events. Ultima saves only names and email address. The newsletter is sent out via Mailchimp.

Volunteers

Ultima stores personal details about our volunteers in order to ensure good communication. We save the name, email address, telephone number and special dietary needs. Volunteers often like to come back over several years, so we keep their information for three years. Saved data is deleted immediately if a volunteer asks us to. All data is stored in the Webbusiness logistic system.

Rights

Everyone who is registered has the right to view their own details. If you wish to view the data we have stored about you, feel free to contact us by email.

Ultima does not share personal data with third parties.
